What is the role type?
There are 2 types of roles:
Field Technician and Administrator
Field Technician: A Field technician is responsible for carrying out job operations by visiting clients’ locations. Field Technicians are expected to have a solution-based approach to clients’ problems.
Administrator: The administrator is the person assigned to manage jobs and other works on software. Basically, they schedule jobs, grant user permissions, and control other operations of the field technicians. When there’s any sort of confusion or dispute, he is responsible for resolving the issue with ease.
