How to enable/disable automatic reminder notifications for a client?


  • Go to “Clients”
  • You will get a list of all your clients
  • Find the client you want to make active/inactive
  • Find the client whose automatic reminder notifications you want to enable/disable
  • Click on it, and the client’s profile will open
  • In the “Automated Notification” section, check the “Visit Reminder” button to enable the automatic notifications and uncheck the same to disable automatic notification

Step 1: In   Clients   List,   In the “Action” column, click on the “edit” icon.


Step 2:   In the “Automated Notification” section, check the “Visit Reminder” button to enable the automatic notifications and uncheck the same to disable automatic notification
