• Go to “Clients”
• You will get a list of all your clients
• Find the client you want to make active/inactive
• Click on it, and the client’s profile will open
• If the client is active, you’ll see a “Mark as Inactive” button
• Click on it, give confirmation, and your client will be inactive
• Similarly, if your client is inactive, you’ll see a “Mark as Active” button
• Click on it, and your client will be active.

Here are the steps for Web:

Step 1: On the Clients List,   Find the client you want to make active/inactive and   Click on it, and the client’s profile will open

Step 2:   If the client is active, you’ll see a “Mark as Inactive” button. Vice-versa for Mark as Active.
