Step 1: Go to “Dashboard” and click on the job for which you want to download the job form

Step 2:   A window of job details will open. Click on the “Job Forms” button

Step 3:   From the dropdown of job forms, select and click on the job form you want to download

Step 4:   Click on the “Download” button, and the job form will be downloaded and saved in your system
