How to configure notifications for visit reminders?

Step 1: First, tap on your username on the top right of your screen


Step 2:   A dropdown will open up, and click on “Company Settings”




Step 3:   Click on “Notification” to open up settings regarding the notifications



Step 4:   Click on “Edit,” and a new window with multiple setting options will open  

You can schedule email reminders that are sent automatically hours/days before/after the job

Also, you get an email template that you can use directly, or you can edit them manually




Step 5:   You can use the “Insert Variable” button, which imports info from your scheduled job and client details



Step 6:   If not sure, you can reset the message to default by clicking on the “Reset” button



Step 7:   Click on “Save” to save the updated changes
