The job cycle is a sequence in which the job proceeds and results in job completion. There are the following steps in the job cycle:

• Job Unscheduled: The schedule hasn’t been made yet, and the team is not assigned
• Job Unassigned: The job is scheduled, but the team is not assigned yet
• Job Assigned
• Job Active: The field technician has started the visit
• Job Completed or Job Cancelled
• Invoice generated
• Invoice paid
